Ascorbic Acid what it does
Vitamin C is needed for:

- Its protective role as a free radical scavenger and
antioxidant.
- A healthy immune system and reducing allergic

for the activity of leucocytes, immunoglobulins and
natural antibodies.
- The maintenance of healthy bones teeth and gums.
- Helping to maintain normal blood fat and cholesterol
- The growth and repair of tissue.
- Fat metabolism.
- Each cigarette destroys 25mg vitamin C (1 orange = 50
mg vit C).
- Accelerate healing after surgery.

and regenerate.
- Prevent scurvy (Garad, 1974).

- Decrease infections by 1/4 and cancers by 3/4 if taken
