Phenethylamines are a class of compound chemically and
functionally similar to adrenaline. Phenethylamines all contain
a Benzene ring (C6H6) linked to an ethylamine (-CH2CH2-NH2)
group, and include: amphetamines, ephedrines, and
methylenediooxymethamphetamine (MDMA or Ecstasy).
